What You'll Do:
- Lead and support a team of plumbing technicians.
- Collaborate daily with the Plumbing Manager to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with Dispatch and Management.
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain professional communication.
- Utilize an iPad for scheduling, reporting, and job documentation.
- Plumbing Supervisor that primarily supports plumbing technicians.
- This is a field-based position and can be a revenue-generating role.
What You Need:
- Minimum 2 years as a Field Supervisor in the plumbing service industry.
- Strong knowledge of residential and light commercial plumbing systems.
- Effective leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to meet all minimum hiring standards.
- Plumbing and septic licenses/certifications are a plus.
