We are seeking experienced Plumbing Technicians to join our rapidly growing team.     What do we offer you?   - Weekly pay| Uncapped earning potential - Plenty of advancement opportunities - Health, Dental and Vision Insurance - Paid Life Insurance  - 401k plus a company match - Paid vacation, company paid holidays and paid birthdays as well as paid parental leave - New take-home service vehicles, fully stocked, company issued phones and tablets - Employee referral bonuses - Continued training and development     What will your job look like?  - Troubleshoot and diagnose existing plumbing issues in residential homes. - Installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems and fixtures which will include toilet replacements, faucets replacements, water heater replacements, soldering, and common plumbing repairs. - Inspecting and testing plumbing systems for safety, functionality, water quality, and code compliance in residential homes. - Handling customer queries, troubleshooting/resolving problems, responding to call-outs, and preparing cost estimates. - Sewer and drain cleaning. - Serve customers by analyzing work orders, following daily travel schedules, listening to customers, performing designated work and proactively solving problems. - Document plumbing work performed and provide guidance to assistants or apprentices. - Maintain professional conduct and appearance in all working conditions.   What do you need?  - Minimum 3 years of experience as a Service Plumber. - Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license. - HendrixAir may conduct a preemployment background check and drug test, subject to applicable law. - Good work ethic and willingness to learn new methods. - Physical dexterity. - Strong customer service skills.   Come work with us and not for us.
